How to Order
When you see an item you want to buy, choose the required options (for example colour and size) and click the Add to Bag button. This places the item in your shopping bag.
You may continue shopping after placing an item in your bag. To view the contents of your bag at any time, hover over the Bag icon located in the top right of your screen.
After you have chosen all the items you wish to buy into your shopping bag, click on the Bag icon or hover over the bag icon and click the View Bag button.
You will be presented with a page where you can review and amend your order. If you have a discount code, then you can apply this here. Once you are happy to proceed, click the Checkout button.

If you are an existing customer, before you can proceed to the checkout, you will be asked to log in (if you haven't logged in already)
If you are a new customer you can choose the Sign up and checkout together option to create a new account and checkout.                  

You can also checkout as a guest, which means you can place an order without creating an account with us.

You will then be asked to select a billing address. You will then be asked to select a delivery address. You can also create additional delivery addresses at this point if needs be.      

You will then be asked to choose a delivery option. See Delivery Options for more details on the types of delivery options.                

You will then be asked to specify your payment method and to submit your payment details. See Payment Options for more details on how you can pay.

If you choose to Checkout using PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment          

You must click the checkbox to agree to our terms and conditions of sale. If you are happy with your order then click the Place order button at the bottom of the page.                                                                                                                                                                            

Once the payment is processed a page will appear that confirms your order. You will also receive a confirmation of your order via e-mail.

 The iClothing site is secured by GeoTrust SSL certificates which provide 128bit encryption. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure.

You can safely enter your entire credit/debit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

 Payment is taken at the time of the transaction for credit card payments, iClothing will charge your credit/debit card once your billing and delivery addresses are verified.

 You can also pay by using a Paypal account (please see Paypal's website for more details on a Paypal account).

 

One4all gift vouchers

 Simply enter your voucher's details in the field for debit/credit card and complete the transaction.

 

 Apple Pay/Google Pay

 You can also use Apple Pay and Google Pay to checkout on site.

Click the bag icon or View Bag button                                                                                                                                                                  

Enter the code in the provided in the Discount Code box and click the Apply button                                                                                          

If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in the sub total summary

 

Note: Any discount code must be applied before you checkout. 

 

Gift Cards

iClothing gift cards don't cover the shipping cost.

If the balance of your gift card is enough to cover the total of your purchase, then you need to select a paid shipping method and complete the transaction via card or PayPal/Amazon Pay/Apple Pay.

 

Note: Discount codes & Gift cards may not be used in conjunction with each other.
