Where do we deliver to?

We deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and UK.

We also offer an International Delivery Service which includes USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, United Arab Emirates and the following countries within Europe:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia,  Republic of Ireland

Free standard delivery on orders over €50 - takes between 2-4 working days
Standard delivery is €4 and takes between 2 - 4 working days
AnPost Express delivery is €5 - Order before 5pm Monday - Thursday for next day delivery
Dublin Only - Same Day Delivery - order before 12pm Monday - Friday
Dublin Only - Saturday Delivery - order before 4pm on Friday

United Kingdom

Northern Ireland delivery is €4.50 / £3.65 and takes between 1 - 2 working days
UK standard delivery is €6.50 / £5 and takes between 2 - 3 working days
European Union

EU Standard Delivery Zone 1: Belgium, France, Germany, Luxemburg, The Netherlands - €10 and takes between 3 - 5 working days
EU standard delivery to Zone 2: Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland and Sweden - €13.50 and takes between 4 - 6 working days
Rest of World

USA Standard Delivery is €15 and takes between 5 - 7 working days
Australia, Canada, New Zealand is €20 and takes between 5 - 10 working days
Will I be charged customs and imports duties?

Your iClothing parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties depending on the value of your order. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.

Unfortunately, these charges are beyond iClothing's control, and can vary depending on each country. Accordingly we do suggest contacting your local customs office as they can better advise on any charges that may be incurred.

Can my order be delivered to an address other than my billing address?

Yes. When you register an account with us, there is an option to add additional delivery addresses at the time of checkout. You can also add multiple addresses to the "Address Book" section of your account page.

 

What time will my parcel arrive?

Deliveries are made using AnPost and are despatched on weekdays (excluding bank holidays). Accordingly deliveries will arrive between 9:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday. There are no Saturday or Sunday deliveries with AnPost.

Express Irish orders placed after 5pm Friday will be processed on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Dublin Only - Same Day Orders are delivered by courier between 3pm - 8pm Monday-Friday

Dublin Only - Saturday Orders are delivered by courier between 9am - 12pm Saturday

What if I am not there at the delivery address when my parcel arrives?

If you are not in to sign for a delivery, collection of your parcel is quick and easy. AnPost will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, giving a time after which you can collect it from your local sorting office.

 

What do I do if my parcel has not arrived?

If your parcel does not arrive by the last day of the specified delivery time please email our customer service team at help@iclothing.ie quoting your order number and a member of our team will endeavour to get back to you within 24 working hrs.

 

Returns Policy

We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from iCLOTHING, however we understand if this is not always case. If you wish to return an item to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible.

 

All orders are protected by a 14 Day Money­back Guarantee for Irish customers or a 28 day for International customers which, in accordance with the distance selling regulations, guarantees a full refund if the item is returned unused with tags still intact and in their original packaging or repackaged securely in replacement packing if unavailable.

 

Please Note:

Items returned after the 14 day period for Irish customer or 28 day period for International customers will not be accepted and resent back to the original delivery address.

 

Any item that is soiled and/or damaged (including excessive odour of perfume or smoke) will not be refunded and will be resent back to the original delivery address.

 

For hygiene reasons the following items will not be accepted back: Underwear, Tights, Earrings, Swimwear and Beauty Products.

 

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. The full purchase price (original shipping fee excluded) will be credited when iCLOTHING has received and processed your return and it passes inspection.

 

For orders placed within the Republic of Ireland, we include a prepaid returns label. By using this returns label, we will deduct a standard delivery charge of €4 from your refund. This is a subsidised rate we have for our customers to make return postage more cost effective. If you do not use the returns label, you are free to return items using your own preferred method at your own cost. We advise that you post your parcel from your local post office and that you request a free certificate of postage. This will ensure you have proof of postage in the unlikely event that your parcel is lost en route back to us.

 

For returns from other all other countries please complete the returns form enclosed with you parcel and send it with your parcel to our below address. Goods should be returned via a traceable service to reach us on or before the return date (it is advisable to make a note of any tracking numbers or proof of postage in case they are required).

Please be aware that return postage fees will not be deducted from your refund if the reason for the return of an item/s are due to an error on our part (faulty or incorrect item received). For cases whereby a customer places an order for one item, and needs to return it due to an error on our part then we will also refund original shipping costs.
