EXTENDED RETURNS PERIOD:
We will be accepting back returns from the 1st December onwards up until the 17th January 2020
Please note that due to the busy Christmas period, refunds are taking anywhere between 7-14 working days. Once your refund has been processed, we will email you to confirm.
Christmas Collection Dates:
23rd December - Last day for Next day Delivery orders with DPD & An Post for delivery on 24th December
Orders placed after 8pm on the 23rd December will be dispatched on Friday 27th December for delivery on the 30th & 31st December.
*For guaranteed delivery before Christmas we recommend placing your order before 5pm on Friday the 20th December*
Same Day Delivery: For Same Day Dublin deliveries we will be delivering up to the 23rd December. Then again on the 27th, 30th and 31st December
New Years Collection Dates:
Normal service for both DPD & An Post on the 30th & 31st December.

Where do we deliver to?
We deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK.
We also offer an International Delivery Service which includes USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, United Arab Emirates, and the following countries within Europe:

Free express delivery on orders over €60 - next working day delivery if ordered before 8 pm Mon-Thurs or 4 pm on Fridays*. The dispatch is during working days (Mon-Fri).
An Post Standard delivery is €3.99 and takes between 2 - 4 working days
An Post Express delivery is €4.99 and the order will be delivered the next working day or on Saturday (subject to postcode restrictions).
DPD Express Next Working Day is €5.99 (order before 5 pm Monday - Thursday)
Dublin Only - Same Day Delivery is €6.99 (order before 12 pm Monday - Friday)
Dublin Only - Saturday Delivery is €6.99 (order before 4 pm on Friday)

USA Standard Delivery is €15 and takes between 5 - 7 working days - DHL EXPRESS
USA Express is €25 and takes up to 48 hours depending on time of order - DHL EXPRESS
Australia, Canada & New Zealand is €25 Delivered Within 3 working days - DHL EXPRESS
Will I be charged customs and imports duties?
Your iClothing parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties depending on the value of your order. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.
Unfortunately, these charges are beyond iClothing's control, and can vary depending on each country. Accordingly we do suggest contacting your local customs office as they can better advise on any charges that may be incurred.
Can my order be delivered to an address other than my billing address?
Yes. When you register an account with us, there is an option to add additional delivery addresses at the time of checkout. You can also add multiple addresses to the "Address Book" section of your account page.
What time will my parcel arrive?
Deliveries are made using An Post and are despatched on weekdays (excluding bank holidays). Accordingly, deliveries will arrive between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm Monday to Friday. An Post would deliver on Saturdays only to certain cities in ROI.
Express Irish orders placed after 5 pm Friday will be processed on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Dublin Only - Same Day Orders are delivered by courier between 3 pm - 8 pm Monday-Friday
Dublin Only - Saturday Orders are delivered by courier between 9 am - 12 pm Saturday

What if I am not there at the delivery address when my parcel arrives?
If you are not in to sign for a delivery, collection of your parcel is quick and easy. An Post will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, giving a time after which you can collect it from your local post office or depot.
What do I do if my parcel has not arrived?
If your parcel does not arrive by the last day of the specified delivery time please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and a member of our team will endeavour to get back to you within 24 working hrs.
How do I make a return?
We offer returns on all orders returned within 14 days of receipt. A charge of €3 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of postage using this service. You won't pay anything when sending back the parcel.
Please note that the option to return via An Post is only applicable to orders placed within the Republic of Ireland.
Once returns are received, your refund will be issued within 5-7 working days.
How to make a return via An Post
You will receive a peel off returns label with your order. Simply follow the instructions below -
1. Peel off the returns label at the bottom.
2. Place the returns label on your parcel.
3. Return your parcel at your local Post Point agent or An Post office.

There is a pick-up option available for Dublin area only. This is at an extra cost paid by the customer directly to An Post.
We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from iCLOTHING, however, we understand if this is not always the case. If you wish to return an item to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible.
All orders are protected by a 14 Day Moneyback Guarantee in accordance with the distance selling regulations, this guarantees a full refund if the item is returned unused with tags still intact and in their original packaging or repackaged securely in replacement packing if unavailable. Please note that all refunds will be issued within 5-7 working days from the time your return has been received.
Items returned after the 14 day period will not be accepted and resent back to the original delivery address.
Any item that is soiled and/or damaged (including excessive odour of perfume or smoke) will not be refunded and will be resent back to the original delivery address.
For hygiene reasons, the following items will not be accepted back: Underwear, Tights, Earrings, Swimwear, Bodysuits, Bodystockings and Beauty Products.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. The full purchase price of the item/items less the returns fee of €3 will be credited when iCLOTHING has received and processed your return and it passes inspection. The shipping fee is non-refundable.
Please be aware that return postage fees will not be deducted from your refund if the reason for the return of an item/s are due to an error on our part (faulty or incorrect item received). For cases whereby a customer places an order for one item, and needs to return it due to an error on our part then we will also refund original shipping costs.
Faulty item returns process: If a faulty item is received, please contact our Customer service department at email@example.com immediately for further instructions. Failure to contact us prior to returning a faulty item may result in issuing a standard refund as per our general returns policy.
For returns from other all other countries please complete the returns form enclosed with you parcel and send it with your parcel to our below address. Goods should be returned via a traceable service to reach us on or before the return date (it is advisable to make a note of any tracking numbers or proof of postage in case they are required).
